Understanding Scores

We use a 0-5 scale where 5 indicates the worst experience.

Scores are updated daily based on new data.

Methodology
  • Data sources: on-site user ratings (verified), network monitoring scripts, store ratings, customer service records, and publicly disclosed incidents
  • Cleaning & deduplication: remove duplicates and anomalies; rate limiting and safety checks
  • Stratification: region/ISP/time; 7/30-day trend windows
  • Verified sample size: display the verified sample volume
  • Update frequency: daily snapshots, weekly reviews as needed
