Understanding Scores
We use a 0-5 scale where 5 indicates the worst experience.
Scores are updated daily based on new data.
Methodology
- Data sources: on-site user ratings (verified), network monitoring scripts, store ratings, customer service records, and publicly disclosed incidents
- Cleaning & deduplication: remove duplicates and anomalies; rate limiting and safety checks
- Stratification: region/ISP/time; 7/30-day trend windows
- Verified sample size: display the verified sample volume
- Update frequency: daily snapshots, weekly reviews as needed
